All deliveries are made in commercial quality. The customer expressly acknowledges that Steelbase | glass & fittings Ltd does not produce or process any metal or glass products, but only sells them further.

Invoices are payable immediately net. Through lack of other agreements, Steelbase | glass & fittings Ltd is entitled to charge 9,2 % of the invoice amount for default interest for the period from the due date to the payment receipt. The customer has no right to withhold payment or set-off.
